lost and loosing

Back in April I began my journey AGAIN to loose weight. I was 243 pounds. Today I'm down to 205 and stuck.....my calorie intake is 1000 to 1100 fitbit doing 10k steps plus a day....and ideas on lick starting to get me going again???? I have NOT seen under 200 pounds in 12 years....I'm almost there HELP

    First: don't go under 1200 regularly. Next, WEIGH EVERYTHING. Don't guess, don't measure. Weigh.

    Don't get hung up on scale numbers.

    You're in this for the long haul. You've been losing weight and, as long as you keep having a calorie deficit, you'll continue to lose weight.
