A bit about me and my goals

Well I have recently put on about 15 lbs. I went from in pretty good shape and active to completely sedentary and gained significant weight. I had an exam that I did great on but was competing for the top score and dedicated 3 months of my life to it. Now it's time to shed the weight and get back in shape. My goal is to have lost 16 lbs (186 to 170) by January 6th. Today is day one, let the weight loss begin.
