Desperate need of help

Eating plenty of protein, little carb and fat . Run about 3-4 days out of the week for about 20 minutes . Strength train the rest of the days and I still can't get rid of this lower belly fat no matter what I do. Please some advice !!!!!!

you're not giving enough information for people to help.
Are you losing weight in general?
if not, despite your macros your numbers may be off and you may need to reevaluate (sucks to hear, but if something isn't working; doesn't make sense to keep going, right?).
If it's just your lower belly fat... sometimes things take time. Keep cutting and measuring every other so month and you might see that there is a "belly" difference.0 -
