What is the difference between "very light" and "light" on a stationary bike?

MFP has a very light and light option on their database. How do you know how strenuous the effort is? I assume very light would be leisurely pedalling at 0 resistance. But I don't know. Anyone have any ideas?

your heart rate compared to your target heart rate zone while on a stationary bike (best guess).0

I select "very light" no matter what I have actually done on my trainer (and I usually do commercial intervals, so quite a bit of riding hard) because I think MFP overestimates the number of calories burned.
I would rather choose the lowest number of calories burned so that I'm not tempted to overeat.0
