I'm Back.....

Hello all,

I started my weigh loss journey back in January, I dropped 35 lbs, got really comfortable at 200 lbs. and lost all motivation whatsoever. I really would like to misplace another 15-20 lbs, but i'm having issues getting motivated. I used to have a great support system, but that has pretty much gone to the wayside. I exercised today for the first time in about 2 months. Could use some daily encouragement and support.
