This stuff has really helped curve my appetite, but needing new ways to cook it up. How do y'all mix it to keep it different?

    Lots of people do things with choices for fruit and or lots of ice. Depends on your taste with the flavor you like.

    That's great that it helps you, but are you willing to pay for it the rest of your life to help you curb your appetite?
    The objective is to keep the weight off and maintain, but use of meal replacements hinder one from learning how to do that with food.
    Not trying to dissuade you from usage, but getting you to assess how you plan to not regain weight once you stop using it to curb your appetite.

    I should preface this with the fact that I don't use shakeology. The one time I tried a meal replacement diet I ended up putting it all back on and then some..

    However! If this is working for you, some general tips for mixing up your meals and keeping your hunger under control would be as follows;

    1. Regular meals. Smaller meals regularly are great because you're always eating and therefore don't have time to get hungry :lol: It also means you can eat lots of different things every day so you don't get bored.
    2. Protein and fiber. You have probably heard lots about making sure you get enough protein to slow down digestion and feel fuller for longer, but most people don't know that fibrous foods also help keep hunger at bay! So add sneaky greens to anything and everything!! I try and chuck in some spinach or kale when ever I make a smoothie or protein shake, and contrary to popular belief you can't taste it so it's nothing but win win win!
    3. Have a mix of sweet and savoury snacks in your bag of tricks.

    I hope these quick ideas help you :smiley:

    I usually add water or fat free milk and a table spoon of peanut butter maybe for extra flavor and a cup of kale or spinach.... I've stopped using shakeology because I had 2 bags of strawberry and was burned out! Lol Now I blend a slim fast shake with the peanut butter/ice/banana/ & greens... hope this may help :)
