Trying this again

Ugh! Weight loss is frustrating. I start and I go for a day, a week, a month, even 3 months sometimes. My progress is slow but I can tell if I stay motivated and stay on the plan I will lose weight and be healthier.

I'm not sure if it's my lack of will power that makes me stop exercising or start eating bad again or if it's the slow results that are disheartening. Either way after some period of time I stop and I go to the exact same weight again. I have tried boot camps, gyms, weight watchers, MFP.

But the only thing to me worse then failing over and over again is to not try so I am at it again here. Hopefully this time I can stick with it.

Feel free to add me, message me with advice or what has worked for you guys and I'll do the same.

Thanks,
Max

Perhaps try an approach that's not reliant on exercise and eating "right"?
Just use MFP. Cut calories to a reasonable deficit and carry on.
Then, when eating a lower calorie diet has become a habit, try to add more vegetables or make some other small incremental improvement (or add walking).

All or nothing can be pretty all or nothing for some folks.

Just start with calorie counting. (or carb counting...)
