Hiitmax results, can't find any REAL information out there

Hello! I recently started the Hiitmax regiment, and cannot find one unsponsored, reputable blogpost or review anywhere with reviews or results. Even on MFP it's just people saying they've started it without any follow up. Anyone able to point me in the direction of someone who can tell me if it's worth staying on?
