Healthy Balance for Ketosis?

For those of you protein loading, what's a healthy balance between protein, carbs and fat? Last week my protein was at 30%, fat at 18% and carbs at 52%. Is this a good mix, or do I need to adjust? Does anyone know what level of protein is adequate without turning the extra protein into glucose and having it stored as fat? I welcome all comments, both pro and con.
