One month and doing ok!

I've been on the MFP for a month now and lost a stone, I should think it'll get a little harder from now on. The worst time to keep on track is like tonight, parked up at a truck stop for the night, big plates of steak n chips and booze on offer! But I managed to control myself, steak with salad and a small jacket potato ( feel hungry now though!) Locked myself in my truck now, keep me away from the shop with the crisps, biscuits, chocolate and bags of sweets! Watch tv with a bottle of flavoured water.
