Looking for ways to cook salmon that my son will eat too. He isn't really picky. Any suggestions on recipes?

This is my all time favorite recipe. Everyone I make it for loves it.

4 salmon fillets
1/4 c pineapple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon

1. Marinate salmon in lemon & pineapple juice for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 400
3. Remove salmon from marinade
4. Mix all spices together and rub on top of salmon
5. Cook salmon for about 12 minutes, depending on thickness

Any recipes kids will eat with chicken can have salmon substituted in it. Salmon patties ( like a burger but has salmon instead.)Alfredo pasta with salmon chunks, salmon tacos, salmon enchiladas, smoked salmon on homemade pizza, white chowders with salmon chunks, salmon-cream cheese dips with crackers, salmon salad sandwiches instead of tuna, salmon fillets cut into strips then breaded and deep fried like chicken tenders, etc., throw salmon chunks into chili, pasta sauces, macaroni and cheese, etc.

You don't even need to grill it - broiling also works. It's phenomenal.
