21 Days to Build a Habit

I have gotten out of the habit of exercising and logging my calories. Some people say it takes 21 days to build a habit. Not sure if there's anything to that, but I'll take it as a challenge! My goal is starting today, to do 21 days straight of exercising and logging my food. Even if I can only jog for 15 minutes, I won't miss a day! I've never even done 7 days straight of exercise before, so this should be interesting. But I'm determined to take control of my life back! Who's with me?

    I am with you because I have been dealing with the same struggles. I will do good one for about a week or so then fall off. I'm with you!
