Thanksgiving success

today is thanksgiving in Canada and I'm so happy to be sitting here after dinner not hating every ounce I ate! Yes I went over my calories but it's taken a long time to not punish myself for indulging! I even ran today! I'm just so thankful for this app and the support you get from this community and I'm so thankful that I did this for me!

    Happy Thanksgiving!! You look great!! Sidenote: I do 1000 calorie workouts on Thanksgiving so I can eat everything , some things twice. Most epic cheat day of the year. Lol

    That's a great idea! Hopefully it won't be too cold to go out for a long run in NC!
