How much protein should I be consuming daily for weightloss.

.8 to 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass (~.6 to .8g per lb of mass).
Minimum is .5g but it not as beneficial at supporting muscle retention.0 -
Ummm...you don't really "take protein for weight loss".......0
