I'm getting bored with my mid week breakfast but it strikes a good balance for speed of preparatiin, calories and keeping me going until lunchtime. How do you maintain this balance??

I have 2 or 3 different things I like to have for weekday breakfast. I change things up a bit though by switching my fruit or adding different spices. My usual smoothie is 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop unsweetened whey protein powder, 2 cups spinach or spinach/kale blend and 1/2 banana. When it gets colder I like adding turmeric and/or cinnamon. In the summer, I switch out the banana for peaches, berries or melon. I'm not sure what your breakfast is but see if you can change it a bit with some new spices.0

I rotate between kefir and veg - based smoothies, multigrain oatmeal ( sometimes with fruit, sometimes savory with mushrooms and spinach) and one - egg omelets made with whatever leftover veggies I have. That's quite a bit of variety for me!0

I tend to eat the same thing for a few days/a week because I really like it but then I switch to something else once I'm over that first thing. I love high fiber english muffins with an egg and bacon/ham on top and fruit, oatmeal with fruit and nuts, greek yogurt with fruit and nuts, crepes stuffed with PB or nutella and fruit, eggs with sauteed peppers and onions and greek yogurt... there are lots of choices, just be open to trying different things0

Ditch breakfast, just stick to lunch and dinner. 2 meals a day is the truth!0
