I was doing well with my diet and health and getting back on track. I was eating 1200-1300 calories a day and keeping up with that (I was struggling with lower caloric intake before then hardcore binging, so that is improvement). Today my day at work was absolutely terrible, my dad got admitted to hospital, and my period came.
I ate a culvers kids meal and custards, 4.5 quest bars, and a small cheese domino pizza. A total of approximately 4000 calories.

Log it an move on, Tomorrow is a new day. We all have our high calorie days, it's not the end of the world or the end of your weight loss journey. Throw in a nice long walk tomorrow if it'll make you feel better.0

^What she said. Acknowledge and move on, try to do better tomorrow. We all slip up, just don't let it derail you.0

Be gentle with yourself. You had a legitimately bad day. Just don't let it derail you. You're here checking in, so you aren't quitting.
You'll be surprised little this one caloric indiscretion will matter in a week. Hope your dad is ok.

Yep. You know you messed up. Log it and move on. It's not as horrible as you think. You are not what you do it just a single day. Do what you know you should be doing tomorrow.
I've had those days where you're stuck in a (hospital, school, work, etc.) and packing a sensible snack to keep you out of that t-rex hunger zone helps a lot in these scenarios.
Hope your dad recovers soon.0 -
Been there, done that, got the T shirt, lol. I lost 80 pounds and I've been maintaining for over a year. It won't derail you unless you let it.0

Yup, log it and move on. Do NOT beat yourself up and attach your feelings or self-worth to your food. That helps nobody.
You're going to have bad days. It's part of the process. Start over! Don't quit.
3.5 quest bars...please update and let us know if you get constipated. I've heard from two people now that quest bars constipated them. I'm very curious about it. Lots of people here eat them and nary a complaint!0 -
