Time for us parents to take care of ourselves :)

Hello! I'm an Aussie mum to three kids who has decided it is time to make my own health and taking care of myself a priority. I try to exercise 4-5 days a week at the gym or go cycling around my city. I am enjoying using mfp and am actually finding it quite easy (so far!). I have decided this time round not to set goals that are crazy and drastic. Easy does it. I would prefer the weight come off slowly and stay off. Looking to lose around 20kg :) I turn 40 in two years and would like to feel fabulous!
