Is it just me or is it normal that our habits change even our taste? I couldn't even enjoy junk food anymore and it's not tempting... Will this stay this way?

Depends what. I don't crave fast food anymore. I still love sweet things.

my tastes changed. many sweets available at convenience stores now taste like chemicals to me. certain chocolate bars just taste like wax now. I completely spoiled myself with homemade food and high quality chocolate.

I can adjust......either away from or towards. Fritos tasted so incredibly salty to me that I imagined I'd never eat them again. But then I found myself enjoying them a few months later.

Gotta be just adjusting. It's better, of course, to adjust away from that junky stuff.

Well yeah but that hasn't changed for me. I never really liked most of those sweets and junk chocolate (Hershey = yuck).

Yes, it's true... And if you forgo any added sugar long enough you really begin to go off sugary sweets as well. We have figs from our garden that are so yummy & sweet at the moment & I thoroughly enjoy them. But I stopped at Peets the other a.m. where they had sample squares of their frosted caramel apple bread and it made me make a face! It was cartoonishly sweet. Really over the top sweet.
