Hi! I'm new to this site but think it might be just what I need. I'm 63 retired and can't get myself motivated t exercise. Before I retired I was much better at being active. If anyone finds themselves in the same situation how do you get motivated?

Come out of retirement and treat it as a job. I am not retired but do find that if I don't schedule and plan my exercise I tend to slack off. Make a schedule and advertise it on the fridge or a wall calendar.0
