Serious Questions, not sure where to post

So I weigh myself every Monday morning, once a week that's all. So today I get on the scale and it says 242.4, I was like NO freaking way. So I got off and back on and it read the same, I did it three times and got the same number everytime, this was all done without clothes on. So I put on my uniform (SCRUBS) and got back on the scale why I don't know but it said 244.00.

So my question is would you go with the one that was 242.4 4x or the 244 with clothes on?

    Go with what ever you normally weigh with. If you usually record your weight with no clothes...do that. If you normally weigh with clothes, record that.

    I'd go with the weight without clothes. That is what you weigh. I wouldn't add the extra weight of my clothes.
  • Whatever you do, do it consistently.

    I'd choose one and stick with it. I personally do it clothing off as what i'm wearing can go from light trousers/pj's/jeans which have a difference in weight.

    Thank you, I am going to go with the one without clothes as that is how I normally weight myself. So this is an awesome weight loss this week for me. Thank You for your feedback.
