Hi< I'm wondering if I should count my walking as exercise separately or does the fitbit step count take that into account for me? I get a fitbit ajustment on MFP, but it looks like I am not exercising if I do not add it.......I'm worried about double counting exercise and the extra calories, etc. Thanks

You can join MFP group for Fitbit users. You can find them at the "group" option, in the dark blue banner above.
