Logging Weight loss

I just wanted to let everyone know that I found weighting my weight loss is something I do when I have a good loss. I do not log when I lose ozs. This would drive me crazy logging every time I loss or gained (little loss or gains). I think it would discouraged me after awhile. I know for some they need to keep track on a daily bases and I understand why but for me I do not log it. I do however weight myself everyday now because of the foods I am eating until my inside mouth heals, even through I am staying under my calories. What I am trying to say is do not drive yourself crazy with the little gains but celebrate all of your losses.
