do weights melt fat faster than hours of cardio

Hey there everyone I started mfp June this year have not exercised just strictly ate 1200 calories a day and by doing so I lost 20 pounds. Now that I'm kinda stuck at 149ish I want to start working out and toning up so can u all tell me what workout routines work for u, and what order do u work out. Thank you all feel free to add me.
