Hey there everyone I started mfp June this year have not exercised just strictly ate 1200 calories a day and by doing so I lost 20 pounds. Now that I'm kinda stuck at 149ish I want to start working out and toning up so can u all tell me what workout routines work for u, and what order do u work out. Thank you all feel free to add me. Here are several programs that you can look through:
Strength training programs

* http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843
* http://www.thenewrulesoflifting.com/nrol-for-women
* http://stronglifts.com/
* https://blackironbeast.com/5/3/1/calculator
* http://strengthvillain.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=89
Each program instructs how much to lift (or how to determine how much to lift), how many sets, reps, etc.0 -
stronglifts is good along with Ice Cream Fitness (same as stronglifts with adds). a good combination of cardio and strenght training is beneficial.0

I'm a fan of doing cardio and weights in one workout session. More bang for my buck. Now that I've come to terms with having a sedentary lifestyle the importance of lean body mass has greatly increased. Muscle burns more calories than fat. More muscle you have... The more you burn calories at rest.
Congrats on the weight loss so far!0 -
Start lifting heavy today
Jem has posted some good programmes
Musculature makes a huge difference to a woman's shape...it won't be about your scale weight but about your shape in the end .
For instance this google image shows what happens with a decent amount of time in between each shot ..weight goes up, body gets tighter and shapelier
