Hi I am currently 288 lbs and 5'8. I am 34 yrs old. My highest weight was 587 lbs. I am having a hard time staying motivated. I go to the gym everyday of the week, I walk 4 miles each day and on Monday's, Tuesday's and Friday's I do weights. I just would really like some help. Some great recipes since I am very picky and some great motivation. Thanks

Wow! That is a phenomenal effort! congratulations!
It's fantastic that you have a solid routine too, that can be that hardest part sometimes. Do you train with someone or just by yourself? I recently started actually logging my weight sessions and have had awesome improvements in my strength. I found that when I was just going to the gym and doing what I thought was enough I wasn't actually making any progress. Now that I'm tracking it, I can see exactly what I did last time and as I'm only competing against myself I don't get mad on the sessions that I don't improve, but more often than not I lift just a little bit more. So maybe that would help you?
What kind of food do you like/not like? I love cooking and have heaps of recipes so feel free to send me a message and I'll see if I can help :)
