Slim, toned, thin, shiny, small thighs and toned toned tonedddd ..oh my god i need this !
Please any advice or a full and easy program on how to get them??
And should I stop eating something?? :o

    Stop eating over your calorie goal. Yep, that's pretty much it. Exercise can help you achieve better results but there's no easy program to get what you want.

    Shiny?? Vaseline.
    Otherwise eat at a calorie deficit and do exercises you enjoy. Also, can't fight genetics.
