I noticed this discussion was closed. I lost 40 lbs on weight watchers over 4 years ago and have been maintaining. I switched to MFP recently because I don't believe any food is free, especially fruit. Tracking every BLT has been the key for me and being active at least 6 days a week. Ive been looking for a good maintanence group since I've started. I'm 55 years old and living proof that maintaining your weight through menopause can be done. That's all.
