Hi everyone,

You can just call me Cen!

I've been very depressed and have not been able to be productive for a while now, and the main psychological barrier that has always been holding me down is my weight. Honestly feel like a terrible person for being big - while I know personality and weight are two very different things, it still bugs me a lot when I'm usually the widest person in a group of friends. Every time I visit my family, the first thing they'll bring up is my weight problem too. There are also a lot of cute clothes that I own that I wish I could fit, and that really just adds to me being sad again.

A week ago, I was at 74kg/162 pounds (at 157cm/5"1). I thought to myself I needed to change and to break this vicious cycle of self hatred and the easiest way to stop it is to lose weight and to solve it once and for all. Today, I got down to 71kg/156 pounds by logging all my food intake on myfitnesspal! It's been a nice week so far and I just wanted to share my story. :')

Hopefully there are some of you out there that have just started like I did. My goal is to get down to 49kg/108ish pounds - the last time I was at that weight was in 5th grade.. So yeah. Gotta stop being fat NOW!

Let me know about your stories too, and let's be friends! :D
