I am on a half a pound a week bulk and I 7se the fitbit as well. Problem is after the day I have earned an extra 800 to 900 calories which is hard to meet since it's after my workout and towards the end if my day. What do I do?

Start eating more earlier in the day?
Up your activity level so that the calories are already planned and not added on later in the day.
Assuming you already had all your micronutrients for the day, eat icecream, bags of chips, drink a lot of whole milk, etc.0 -
Maybe not use the fitbit to calculate calories and use a TDEE calculator so you can plan better?0
