Supplements/Diet pills?

I donated my eggs last month and In order for me to donate my eggs, I had to inject many, many hormones. After my surgery egg retrieval it's been so hard for me to lose weight, just in the egg donation process I gained 20lbs. I was hoping to start taking some diet pills to just get me started and going with weight loss. Have you guys personally taken some that work?!

    No diet pill works without a calorie deficit. And calorie deficit can be achieved without a diet pill.
