Weight loss plan used to work but alas no more?!

Hey everyone,
I know there's a lot of these types of posts but I'd really appreciate your advice. Long story short: Iv been trying to lose weight on and off since I was a kid. I'm also a recovering binge eater. Last summer I lost around 15 pounds in 4/5 weeks not binging, eating 1200 a day and barely any exercise.
After a relapse, I'm not back on track and need to lose that weight again. However it's been four weeks almost of 1200, running or gym 5 days a week and literally no weight loss! I'm very confused and disheartened. I know y may say I'm not eating enough but at the end of the day calories in vs calories out...you'd expect something to be happening! My fitness has improved, I'm not on 9.45 minute miles which is awesome...but I want this weight off!
Any wisdom? X

The flowchart really does answer most of it.
I would firstly want to check how tight your 1200 logging is. I eat at 1200 and lose weight consistently as long as I am weighing and logging everything including liquids and veggies. I have had a stall in the last couple of weeks because I have been slack in my logging. I have been travelling and eating at restaurants too often which involves too much guess work - we are all inclined to underestimate in those situations and I am sure I am not exception. I have been forgetting to log some of my coffees and the milk that goes in them. The difference is probably not great, but it is enough to stall me.0
