250 Weekly Challenge - Are you in?!

:bigsmile: Here is the challenge:

Minimum of 250 minutes exercise per week. For me that means 50 minutes 5 X week.

Post your daily exercise minutes and your weekly total EVERY day. This will promote accountability..After posting your stats, encourage someone else!

This is really a challenge for me....won't you join me?!

My Stats:
Today: 60 minutes: 40 minute video + 20 min. walk

60/60 (today, weekly total)

    Hi there Pal,
    This is just what I need as have fallen right off the bandwagon...... again!

    250 mins will be walking the dogs and getting back to the gym!

    Today:- 120 mins walking - done! But before the challenge, so isn't going to count!!!!
    60 mins at gym - this'll count!! = 60/250

    Tomorrow - 60 mins walking. =120/250
    Wednesday- 60 mins walking and 60 at the gym =240/250

    and so on..hopefully to get to 250 and smash it!!!
