Time to get fit. Looking for encouragement and inspiration

Hi

I've recently discovered that I have high blood pressure and I'm borderline diabetic. Now is the time to get serious about losing weight, building exercise into my day and getting healthy. Forever.

I have a long road to travel but I'm determined to travel it and then stay at my destination.

    Hello!

    You can make this happen. Even simple changes in the foods you eat will help a lot. I put myself on a sort of diabetic diet last time around and it not only improved my numbers, but I lost weight and felt much better.
