The Biggest Loser Workout DVD

Hey everyone
I just ordered a 3 series workout dvd of the biggest loser Australia with Shannan Ponton and Michelle Bridges. The first dvd is a beginners workout, the second is called Calorie burn and the third is calorie killer circuit. My question is....What do I log it under? Aerobics? Circuit training? I really have no idea. There is no indication of an estimated calorie burn on the dvd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

    I'm not sure about that specific dvd BUT if it is circuit training like say 30 day shred et cetera most people log that under circuit training.
