Hi Laura,
It's difficult to tell you a exact number of calories that you can burn during Autumn's workouts. You can try to find some examples of people who did it and shared it on internet. (I tried to find that info for you but I didn't succeed.
The best way to know a nice approximation of your calories is to buy a heart rate monitor. You can purchase one at Amazon for 20$. Once you have one, download endomondo and track every time that you workout.
Also if you pair endomondo with My Fitness Pal, the calories should be transferred here automatically.
