Day Two of getting it together

I committed with a personal trainer at my gym to get in shape. Very difficult decision for me because exercise isn't my favorite thing and I would much rather spend the money on something I enjoy. I have belonged to the gym for 3 years now and that has pretty much been a waste of money. So spending more does not seeming reasonable. But I am hopeful the trainer will help me see results. I am only about 30 lbs over weight but it goes up 10 lbs per year. I figure, Why Wait?
It will just become harder and harder.
Yesterday was my first day with her. I am sore today; especially my legs. Today is a cardio day solo. And tomorrow I'll meet her again. So here's to Day 2.
