I don't remember the moment, but know I had it.
It is weird, when you realize that you cannot eat as much as you once did. I used to be able to eat 2 breasts of chicken and now, I eat half of one and am full.
I cannot believe how much food I used to be able to put away. Aside from calories, just the amount of food I could eat!
It's a little weird, getting used to all that. Also, looking at all my vitamins and minerals. I know if I put my former diet in for a month, I'd be waaaay short on so much.
Healthy is better in so many ways and not being stuffed full all the time is one of them.0 -

These are all good/fun statements! It's funny how one evolves through the journey and funny how you don't notice little things for a while, like your rings no longer fitting or your pants being way too big0
