    Dear All,

    On Monday afternoon we will be having a fire drill at 2:00. The fire department will be present this time. If you are a teacher of younger grades, please prepare your students for the fact that fire trucks and fire fighters will be on site.

    Students need to exit the building silently and in a straight line. Classes may descend the stairs two or three at a time. Please do not have any one grade level using the entire stairway to allow for the upper floors to also exit at the same time.

    Once out of the building, classes may continue to walk side by side as long as they remain in a line and silent.
    I will be placing in your mailbox a copy of the exit and reentry procedures. Please review these and place inside your emergency sleeve as reference.

    I don't think Danny is going to be able to make it to tomorrow's meeting. His brother also has a den meeting at the Twelve Mile Swamp nature trail (off International Golf Pkwy), and I can't be in two places at once. I hate for Danny to miss another meeting...but Zach has also missed a meeting or two. Now that both dens meet on Tuesdays, it is a challenge when the meetings are held places other than the church.
