workout schedule

I'm looking for some advice.
How many days should I workout and for how long? I'm trying to lose weight (another 10-15 lbs), gain muscle, tone etc...
Right now I do about 1-1.5 hrs at a time:
Monday- bootcamp type class
Wednesday- cardio then personal trainer
Saturday or Sunday- cardio and weights

We bought a new HRM (Polar FT7) and found that it calculated the amount of time I spent burning fat. In my Zumba class, I spent 13% of the time in burning fat according to the HRM. The rest of the time was fitness improvement. It lead me to thinking about what I should do to maximize my time working out to lose weight loss. I was reading some articles (links below) and got a little more confused. So, I'm going to follow this feed to see what others are saying.
