Hi my name is Muhammad and I'm not happy about my weight. I've been doing many things to loose weight but it keeps coming back. I am currently 230.2lbs and 5'7. I've been doing a LOT of cardio for about 2 weeks in the first week I did a 30 min bike ride everyday and weight lifting 2 times a week and lost 6.4 pounds. I'm in need of help. Can someone suggest a good diet that can help me with loosing 40 pounds. My ideal weight goal is 180lbs or 175 lbs. please suggest a diet and exersizes. PS- Ido not have a gym membership or any weight machines but I have a bike a soccer ball and the school weight room.

Put your stats into MFP and eat within the deficit it gives you. Exercise is great for fitness, but won't help you lose weight if you're over eating.0

I haven't over eaten since I started(2weeks) idk is it just the gain in muscle should I loose weight then try to get a muscular build?0

You've already lost an impressive amount of weight for two weeks and that's a short amount of time in the scheme of things. Keep doing what you're doing and be patient.
