What do you love about Kettlebells

One of the main things that I love about mine is that it is a good way to ease myself into weight training and still get cardio. But mainly I love that the workouts can be short and sweet and you still work up a sweat, and you can really do them anywhere or any time. Its great to have have in the house to do a quick 15 minute work out when I can't make it to the gym or for a run. I use pinterest to find some moves and youtube vidoes, put my phone infront of the TV and work out while I watch.0

- They're versatile; you get a lot of bang for your buck.
- I enjoy resistance-based HIIT much more than traditional forms of cardio, and kettlebells provide a lot of options.
- They take up relatively little space.
- You can take them with you on road trips, if you need to.
- They really help you develop your core strength and stability, which translates well into barbell lifting.0 -
