Dole Chopped Salads

Does anyone know how I can find nutritional information on the DRESSING in Packaged Dole chopped salads? I buy these quite often and will eat an entire bag for lunch with or without adding ham, chicken or turkey. I live alone and buying the separate components to make salads with this much variety of veggies would be more expensive than simply purchasing these salads and far more work to cut and chop. I never use all the dressing, usually about half the package. But I've been unable to find the nutritional information on the dressing alone to know how many calories to deduct. I can use a scale and find the calorie content of the other ingredients, but not the dressing. Anyone have a suggestion?

Maybe try contacting their customer service department? Usually companies will provide that sort of info when asked.

Also, their spinach was just recalled. Might want to avoid that for awhile.
