All of them.
Calories calories calories.
If you're having trouble because you get full before eating enough calories, opt to add more calorie-dense foods to your diet - nut butters, ice cream, avocado, cheese, full fat dairy, etc.
Play around with your calorie numbers until you're gaining steadily around 1/2 lb to 1 lb per week.0 -
I would also recommend adding calories gradually. Add 100-250 per week until you are eating in surplus. It makes it easier to adapt to the larger intake and helps with the "I'm too full to eat more" problem.0

I second what @BecomingBane said and also pre log your day so you know what you are eating and when. This will prevent situations where its 9pm, you have a million calories left to eat and you are wondering how to fill them.0 -

Also agree with this as well.
Though, just to be clear, that would be an increase of 100-250/day each week. So if you are now eating 2600 up your cals next week to 2700-2850, then up it again the next week. Don't just add 100-250 cals/week that is only 14-36 cals/day and is not what the response is suggesting.0 -
