mini-goal challenge. 5lbs by next friday

Hey everyone. I'm challenging myself and anyone who wants to join me to lose 5lbs by next friday.

The reason: before I PR anymore lifts or hit a Plato I want to kick off my 5lbs and what better way then to make it a mini comp.

I love to amp it up once in a while and notice alot of my friends on here like to challenge each other. If we aren't friends yet don't be shy and if we are then let's do this fu$king thing. Progress the fate and have a good day.
