mini-goal challenge. 5lbs by next friday

Hey everyone. I'm challenging myself and anyone who wants to join me to lose 5lbs by next friday.
The reason: before I PR anymore lifts or hit a Plato I want to kick off my 5lbs and what better way then to make it a mini comp.
I love to amp it up once in a while and notice alot of my friends on here like to challenge each other. If we aren't friends yet don't be shy and if we are then let's do this fu$king thing. Progress the fate and have a good day.

Unless you're obese, you can't actually lose 5lb of fat in 8 days. That's a 2200 calorie daily deficit and you would need at least 70lb of body fat in order to be able to supply that many calories - one pound of fat can supply about 31 calories per day. If you do lose that, it's gonna be mainly lean mass.0

I am aware that it won't be 5lbs of fat. It will mostly be water weight. It's just a friendly challenge too jump start and motivate.0
