Hi Everyone,
I am just starting to track everything I am eating and trying to get more exercise. I am 35 almost 36 and it appears in the 2 years I have gained about 20lbs that I want to lose. Any advice or tips about where to start would be greatly appreciated! Also I am thinking of purchasing the new Moto 360 2 so that I can track everything, anyone here have one already? How do you like it?
