20. need to loose 100+. vivofit

My name is misti, I'm from ky. I'm 20, 5'2 and weigh 222.2 :( I'm restarting my fitness journey so I can take it as seriously as it needs to be taken. I am very overweight and need to loose a little more than 100lbs to have a healthy bmi. Right now I'm not exercising as much as I want/need to, for a number of reasons, but that'll change soon... I have a vivofit and my username is the same as it is on here so feel free to add me here and there.

    Hi Misti, I'm not that far off from you. I started off with a BMI of 36 and my goal was to first get to a BMI of 29.5 (just overweight, not obese) and then go from there. Between my Vivofit 2, MyFitnessPal, another Under Armor app called "Map My Fitness" and the DASH Diet I've lost 25 since the beginning of August. I'd like to track the next few months with someone like yourself. Don't you just love your Vivofit? :smile:
