How are we all doing?
Love to hear some success stories. Feeling a bit deflated these days. I haven't weigh myself in about a week and a bit because I have a fear of failing.

I started my weight loss journey end of March and I am down over 30 lbs. last 8 to go. Just take it day by day and do not obsess on the scale. Workout hard and meal plan. Progress can be slow but it is still progress. Feel free to add me we can support each other.0
