Today marked day 10 of insanity for me, and compared to last week I feel amazing, my question however is has anyone here done insanity and if so once in the second week were you still sore in your legs or did it stop because now I'm unsure if the reason im not in pain is because I'm getting stronger or because im not working as hard!!

Insanity doesn't get easier, you just get stronger. I know that is the tagline but it is also the truth. I did a month of Insanity everyday (before I got off track) and the soreness went from "first leg day evah" to a slight soreness that a walk with a friend could take care of to feeling like I could get on with my day. You should gauge success by your heart rate (if you have a monitor) or your ability to speak during. Since it is intervals, it should be difficult to speak during the routine. Then during water breaks it is a cool down to catch your breath.
Keep at it! I started over. Ugh!0
