Confused about what to eat

Hello everybody,
I started going to gym about 1 week ago + carbs diet , ive been told by some friends that I have to cut bread completely and also all food that contain carbs,
but almost all food contain carbs , I cannot find anything to eat
for example : in the internet there are mixed views about Rice and meat,
this was my lunch today :

Is it fattening ?

Everything is fattening if it puts you over your maintenance. CICO. If your only goal is to lose the weight, it doesn't matter where you get calories from as long as your creating a deficit. You macros come into play when you do things like recomp or bulk.0

I'd highly suggest getting yourself in to see a doctor and then a referral to a dietitian. If you do that, you will be receiving advice from people qualified to give it. It will be advice that you can trust and that is tailored to you, specifically. It's really the best and smartest way to begin!
I strongly suspect that they will not tell you to try to eliminate all carbs.
FWIW, I eat a very high-carb diet and have lost a great deal of weight. While my diet isn't the right way to go for most people, it does show that you can eat loads of carbs and still lose weight.0
