Weight loss stop

I have been on the weight loss journey since June 4th 2015. I started at 418 and am down to 325. For the past month I haven't lost a single pound and that has been the most discouraging thing I've went thro. I've increased my jogging to two miles a day I consume approximately 1600-1800 calories a day and burn 800-1000. I don't know what else to do I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to get out of this slump. I'm a 27 year old male. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
